Is there a possible HTML code where you can make a certain computer be directed to a different one if they go to my site?

Example: My friend Monica decides to enter my website. When she enters the correct URL to it, she is automatically directed into a certain website.

Is there a possible way? I'm new to HTML and would like to learn these coding.
