I always gag even if im not far down deep throating and in annoys me how do i gag less because i cant breathe during deep throating also i always end up teething or nibbling/biting on the dick by accident when sucking i try not to even when i put my lips over my teeth i still end up grinding my teeth on the dick help how do i perform better oral
and i cant breathe thru my nose either

Well, pressure to perform could be an issue?

Don't rush it, oral sex, hopefully, should be an intimate, loving part of a relationship. If you aren't comfortable "deep-throating", then let him know, and try other "techniques" instead.

If you want to 'deep - throat' (and by no means am I an expert or anything lol) don't just go for it. Take your time. Take it in your mouth bit by bit, slowly, so it isn't too much for your gag reflexes.
