How do you do Dante's Bold Move on Marvel v.s. Capcom 3?

Im stuck on Dante's Mission 10. I cant get Bold Move down. People are saying its forward jump but its not working for me. It says its S+ATK...What the hell does that mean?! I have it for xbox
