I am trying to remove the carb so I can soak it in carb cleaner. The brake lines are the only thing standing in my way.

How do you disconnect the brake lines from the carburetor on a 1994 Harley Davidson?

HaHa on a Harley it feels like your accelerator is hooked to the brakes but it is not. You can buy special blades for your cutting torch that will cut those lines.

You will need a special tool (HDST-5X*40/94) to start with.
Unfortunately that tool is limited to sales in areas only required to have the brake systems connected to the accelerating systems.

Dynamite or a sledge hammer is always my advice when it comes to this brand of two wheeled tractors.
