how do you disconnect a factory alarm of a 2000 honda accord ex coupe?

2000 honda accord factory alarm goes off at random times for no reason. Need to figure out how to fix the problem. Dealer says there is nothing they can do. Really need to fix the issue since nothing else is wrong with the car.
