How do you disable History search in Internet Explorer 8?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and use Internet Explorer 8 and in the search box in the top right of the window and every time I type a couple of words, History suggestions come up and I want to know to remove it.

I am familiar with regedit but I cannot use gpedit.

Please note I am not talking about Search Suggestions or History suggestions in the URL bar.
