When the spine is injured when attempting resuscitation attempts and you open the airway using the jaw thrust maneuver. how do you deliver artificial breaths by mouth to mouth resuscitation? or is it even possible? if you are a lone rescuer it would be rather difficult to pinch the nose and deliver artificial breaths if both your hands are stabilizing the victims jaws, right?
