How do you delete album art from the ipod on the new itunes?

I put the new itunes on my computer, and when I put my ipod in it also put album art on my ipod. Now I can't fun the button to get rid of the album art... on the older version you could do this.. now i don't know how. thank you for your help :)
I mean like.. i want to keep the album art on itunes and just take it off my ipod
