How do you crouch on Cabela's Big Game Hunter Wii version?

I know there you must be able to crouch because on the little tip guide that shows while your game it loading it says "it's best to crouch when you are aiming at an animal" but there is nothing anywhere that says how! I don't have the game manual and I have tried gamfaqs, can anyone please tell me how to do this?
