download without any hassle? I found a really cool one on www.Createsurvey.com and I drafted it into Word by copying from a survey template . I can email it to customers but the problem I am faced with is that they can click on the answers, but not type in any new ones when they hit reply or forward, all of the answers get lost. I want to be able to send the survey and be able to get a completed return. I am also trying to avoid sending it as an attachment if possible. Im only trying to send it out to 25-50 people.
