How Do You Cover Up Stretch Marks?

I am pretty young, 13. But i have had stretch marks since I was little.. i was a very fat baby.. Well along the way i got a whole lot of stretch marks in the waist area. In spring break me & my friends are going on a cruise and were going down to the Bahamas which of couse has a lot of beaches. Im afraid of walking around in a bathing suit because of my stretch marks.. Is there anyway to cover them up? Special makeup won't do since it will just all wash away in the water. And if there's nothing me and my mom can do we will try the lazor surgery. And i will be going tanning before spring break.. Otherwise how do I cover up my stretch marks?? (Please don't give me a lame answer like use creams, Cause duh I already do and they take forever though! And I don't care about all the beauty is on the inside and don't be ashamed of yur stretch marks crap. I need a real and helpful answer!)
