I usually cut them into to small chunks leaving the skin on then I pan fry them with a little bit of oil. I season them with garlic salt and red pepper and they are delicious!
Question! Should I boil the potatoes before I fry them? How do I make the seasoning stick better? Should I season them earlier when their a little wet with oil or should I spray butter at the end when I season?
