how do you convert Zambian children's clothing sizes to us clothing sizes?

I need to send clothes to some children in Zambia, but I don't know how to convert their sizes to US sizes, in particular, sizes 33 and 33 and1/2 and shoe sizes 5 and 6 (34-35). Please help. Thanks
