How do you convert word files into HTML code?

I make files on MS word. They are not just text, they are designs, with formatting, colors, fonts, bold/italic/underline ETC!
i go on a website that has a message board and it used html code. when i copy my designs from MS word onto there, they come up without the colors formatting BIU size because it needs HTML codes! sooooo i need to figure out what i can do to translate word files into HTML code?

In MS Word you can save your word file as HTML. Use this saved file then on the website.
