I tried to download pictures from a website, but it only saves them as PHP. I tried to choose JPEG from the "choose type" list when you right click the picture and click save, but I can only save as "All Types" and that saves it on my computer as PHP. Then I tried opening it on Photoshop and saving it again as a JPEG, but Photoshop won't even open it. It just says "wrong file type".
How do you convert pictures from PHP format to JPEG format?
