How do you convert .PHP image files to .jpeg or other more common types of image files?

I could not find file converters on Google, so if you know of one that would help.

php is not a image file type, you downloaded the server script off of whatever site that image is on.

when you click to save the image make sure that the prompt says something like "save image as" or something like that.
