I have an art piece that I have scanned that is black and white (a scratch board on a white background). Once scanned, the piece looks like black with various shades of grey as the background. I know that there is a way to convert a photo to black and white only, without any shades of grey, but I can't seem to remember. I have Adobe Photoshop, iPhoto, Picnik, etc. at my disposal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
