how do you connect through bluetooth, an ipod touch 2g to a smart phone? I want

internet through the phone.? I want to go to internet sharing and share the phones connection with my ipod touch. I tried internet sharing and finding devices. I find my touch on the phones bluetooth but not the phone on my touch's bluetooth. When I try to connect an error comes up. please help.
 
The bluethoot on iPods and iPhones is only to connect to stuff like:
Headphones, mics and other bluetooth accesories, you can not connect to any computer or phone...

This was done intentionally by apple to prevent people to share or get music iligally...

Kind of makes the bluetooth usesless...
