How do you 'concede' a point in a court of law or moot court?

Do you simply say 'i concede' or i give up, like you would in a normal conversation?

Thanks :) I'm so worried of getting 'owned' by the judge and ending up stipulating and conceding and withdrawing all my arguments :S Doing a fake court assessment.
so stipulate means agree?
