How do you come to grips when you see that most photographers are better than you are?

I just keep going and remind myself that unique vision plays a part regardless of, and ignoring my technical deficients or artistic ability. I just concentrate on my unique place in the universe and apply that.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks for your answer. To clarify, I am not feeling down just being pragmatic.
 
Photography like History is both made of Art and Science.
As an Art just be your-self. As long as you say something, catch something, picture something , of your own, it does not matter at all ! Just take joy in your creation. when you truly take a picture that stills your emotions , be sure you have succeeded.
As a science you have got to master the technique; you have to learn about your camera, - what it can do and what it can't do. Are you interested in portraits, sports, Nature - birds, trees,rivers, ocean, mountains.
If you send me typical two or three photos by Email, we might be able to throw more light on your feeling down!
