I'm not really the god of technology, and I ain't the next Leonardo De Vinci but I do have a scanner, a few writing utensils, some paper, a computer, and hopes of dreams!
So I'm trying to figure out the way to make my drawings more better and more realistic. I DO NOT OWN A TEMPLATE (I wish I did though :C) My drawings are good enough but my problem occurs when I have to scan the picture then color it in "Adobe Photoshop 7.0". When I scan the pic does it matter what options I have on it, how bright it should be or how sharp the contrast is? Then when I get coloring I usually use the "magic wand" tool. It underlines the layers and it's easier for me to color in, but eventually I screw myself over and I can't figure out the rest, I tried reading the instructions twice but it makes no sense. I hope I'm making sense here.
So, does it matter what options I have on my scanner, and how do I color professionally with Adobe Photoshop 7.0?
