How do you clear the database information on your iPhone or iTouch? And is this normal?

I click on safari and the bookmark page pops up without me prompting it to. I forgot if it's like this before.

I started to notice this after I logged into an invalid wifi connection right outside the canal street subway station yesterday.

One thing that definitely changed in my safari is that I have this "Debug Console" on top of it.

So now, I really want to clear my database information and was wondering how do I log out of iTune. Any ideas?
