i have an emo friend...=(...and well she has this super ugly gash she needs help to clean on how it after it closed up....how would you clean it up and keep it so??i couldn't find anything...do you have to reopen it or just sanitize the sides??i really need to help her because it's really ugly(dry blood on it and its not healing well.the top blood layer is yellowish...ugh!!)
