How do you cite, in MLA style, a foreword or a section of a book written by someone

other than the author? This book that I'm using for a research paper has a foreword, an afterword, and several sections in the middle written by various people other than the author. How would I cite these correctly in MLA style?
The author isn't citing them. These parts of the book were especially written by this book. It's just that they aren't written by the author. It's kind of like a foreword in a book.
