The author of the book I am using quotes someone else's work, which I do not have access to, but the quote is perfect for my paper. How do I cite this quote in my footnotes?
like this?: William Connolly qtd. Vaughan-Williams, Border Politics, 66
Also, the book's citation page doesn't have the amount of information needed for Chicago style (publisher, city) but I can find that information on Amazon... should I put that in??
