How do you check if you have unlimited texting (verizon) ?

I recently got the droid and set it up for unlimited text, but while I text my friend (also verizon) it counts it from the 500 to people without verizon. I also went online to check if I had unlimited for my texting plan, but it only says 500 monthly allowance.
 
That sounds very frustrating! THe best thing would be to call Verizon and talk them through your problem. If it says that you have 500 msg plan then that's probably what it is but I would definitely recommend calling Verizon.
