how do you chat with people on here without asking questions?

well I'm not sure that is not accepted my the policy but if u want to talk to them just go to their Yahoo Answers! Profile and close to there "About me" and their name should say if they're able to be IM-ed by someone on Yahoo Answers! or emailed
