How do you change the "tolerance" for the magic wand tool in paint tool SAI?

I was having a bit of a trouble selecting the area that I want to color with the magic wand tool. It covers the whole area, but I saw in some of the other questions that I need to lower the tolerance. But I don't know where it is. O_=
