How do you change the plugs on a 2006 Toyota Highlander 4 Cyl.?

I can't even find where the darn things are. LOL! Also, do you have to use Toyota spark plugs or can you use Autolite Platinum plugs. My car has 150K miles.
 
I wouldn't recommend it if you can't even find them. You wouldn't pay too much to get it done right at a shop. Better than risking your engine because you did it wrong.

If the manufacturer recommends Platinum then Autolites are fine. You don't need those other "split-fire" type plugs. If it doesn't call for platinum then don't waste your money. I have also seen where they want double Platinum ones.
If you can't find the plugs then follow the wires to them.
