How do you change the Media net on the samsung eternity?

Because i'm reading alot of things that say you can. Here's what I do...

From the home screen, I tap Menu

Then Media Net,

Then Browser settings

Then Browser Profiles

And then media net

I try to tap on the different fields, to set the name or whatever, but I can't. how do I do this?

Or can I just change the whole thing to a different browser, because im in scotland and got my phone unlocked and am on o2 and want to use the internet.
