I've got a user who has just been married and changed her surname, I am using Cisco Unified CM Administrator and have changed every entry under her maiden name I can find. I've changed the device both physical and CUPC, I've changed the end user profile, I've changed the line details and I've even been into Cisco Unity Connection administration and changed it there. The corporate directory is now fine, dialling the extension number brings up the correct name but the name displayed on the handset itself is incorrect despite numerous phone resets i.e. physical disconnections and reconnections.
Any ideas?
