I've been told that if I change the date for a month forward for the HTC Desire handset, I can download the new Android 2.2 update. Problem is, if I update the date and then go online to do the update, the time/date will revert back to real time and no update will be available. Is there any way to fool the phone to think it's one month/year whilst connecting online?
