last night i was messing with some of the settings on my iphone 3gs 16 gb. And in doing so somehow i set something where it speaks the words to you and it will not allow you to scroll down also you must double tap every thing if you want it open. please if you know how to fix it please tell me or if you know how to make it allow me to scroll down i can figure out where i went to set this setting. please help thank You very much.
