How do you calculate pressure exerted by wind?

I'm totally clueless as to how to approach this problem.

On a windy day, air blowing on your skin exerts an additional pressure P beyond the atmospheric pressure. Using kinetic theory, find P when a 100mph wind pushes you at 20°C. Assume air is 80% N2 and 20% O2.

All I know is that

P = 0.8*P[N2] + 0.2*P[O2] where P[XX] is the partial pressure of XX
A hint was also given:

"Treat the contributions of N2 and O2 separately. That is, calculate the additional pressure due to N2 molecules and add that to the pressure due to O2"
