how do you bluetooth ringtones that you made to your cell phone?

I have a macbook air, and i made ringtones on garage band. I then put the ringtone i made onto itunes and tried to bluetooth them to my cell phone, which is an LG ux260. My friend can do it on her computer and send them to my phone and her phone, how come i cant do it with my computer!!!
