I've always had a deep interest in it. Does it typically take four years for your bachelor's then another two for the master's? I would go full-time to school.
I also have a 3.6 and I'm very bright I just had a bad year that dropped my GPA. Would checking off a major like architecture change my chances to get into a university that's well known for architecture like Cornell or Syracuse or maybe even Yale?
