Assuming you're still at school, work hard at your English lessons and try to get good exam results. When you leave, think about doing a related degree or other journalistic qualification, which will depend on where in the world you live.
In the meantime, try to get some work experience at your local paper (or magazine, if there are any) so you can see what the journalists there actually do and judge whether you are still interested. If you want to be a reporter (there are production journalists too, who do an equally important job), start writing, if you haven't already. Contribute to blogs, or start your own if you can't get into "traditional" print. Interview friends and family, write a story and get them to comment on the result. Try to develop your own unique style.
It's a very competitive profession and you will need a large supply of perseverance as well as aptitude. And good luck!
