how do you avoid queefing while exercising?

i'm taking a pilates class and we do some funky positions that get some air up there... how do you avoid letting a queef out, or even getting air up in there in the first place? haha that would be so horrific!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
It's called the candlestick. You know when you lay down on the floor on your back, lift your legs up over your head, and a lot of air gets in there!! haha
It's ok if you laugh guys... haha. I know that this is an awkward question haha.
PS... how do you do a kegal exercise? I'll give you best answer if you tell me!
