how do you apple eyliner to your upper lid with the pencil eyeliner?

i'm 15 and my mum doesn't really want to get me a liquid eyeliner. i have a pencil one, but whenever i try to put it on the top lid i put it on kind of wonky, and too high up i think.

pull your lid up, and rub it on. same way you do the bottom

wink and shut the eye you're putting it on..try drawing into your eyelash line (into your eyelashes almost) go from outside to inside!

ask your mom for a gel liner its easier than liquid and if she wont get it for you close your eye pull it taunt and get as close to your lashes as you can it will take a bit of practice sorry i couldnt be that helpful =]
