How do you aim a 2002 toyota celica's headlights, projectors, horizontally?

same type of knob on side of light never seen a knob most have a screw

pretty much same way on every car made a screw at top or botton adjust up or down
screw to side adjust left to right

(meaning left and right) I? I have found a knob to adjust them up and down but i cant find a way to adjust them left and right... need help asap!!!!
