How do you add sounds/music/ringtunes to a LG KF350?

I want to sync songs .. how? I have program called LG PC Suite II but it won't let me sync songs.. it says "SELECT CORRECT DESTINATION FOLDER" but I chose the "My sounds folder".. since that's only one i can? Flash contents folder? video folder? pictures folder? I tried those.. All don;t work ==
