Basically what i am trying to do is write a simple HTML file that will ultimetly create less clicks and navigation at work.
I manage/monitor several files that are coming and going out of our server, and it seems to me that there are always too many windows open and too many clicks in order to get to a sub-folder that's inside of another folder, that's in side of ANOTHER folder; just to check a file status.
So what i want to do is create a simple page with multiple links that will navigate me to shortcuts where these files are located on the network. I can easily write the code that will allow me to create frames as well as links that will open the shortcut, BUT- I want to make it so that the shortcuts will open up inside of a frame so that way you dont have to hit the back arrow everytime you want to view a seperate folder? I am about to get started on my research that will show me what and where to enter this code, but i figured i'd post a question and see if anyone out there might be able to help.
I hope I have explained what i am looking for well enough. Please let me know if further explanation might be helpful. Ahead of time, I thank you!
