I've become really interested in creating my own programming in my grandparents' home country. I think it's best not to watch TV but people there will watch anyhow, the least I could do is create better programming.
But I have no experience in television...the only thing I know is that you need money (of course) and to apply to the FCC. But I don't know if there is an FCC in their country and my grandparents wouldn't know how to help me.
Any advice? Where should I look for this info? And where can I find information on creating or purchasing shows for my channel?
