How do you access the Android market to download apps if you don't have a WIFI

connection? I recently bought the HTC Aria (unlocked) which runs on the google android OS and I have no idea how to download stuff without a wifi connection.

I live on residence at university and all they have is ethernet cable connecting to my laptop.

There is no wireless internet access here at residence, but I want to download applications for my android phone

How do I do this?

PS - I have the micro USB to USB cable that came included I don't know if that helps
