how do you access mercury mail server with a remote computer using MS Outlook?

i have xampp installed and have mysite.com as the canonical name in the mecury.ini file. i can send email to this server from remote computers fine. what i want to be able to do is use outlook on remote computers to access this mailbox. what do i put for mail and smtp server in outlook on this remote computer

mysite.com is in place of my real domain name
