I opened one a couple days ago against someone who didn't pay for what they bidded on and won. I got two messages from Ebay today telling me that my Unpaid Item Case expired. And it says I won't get credit on it. What does that mean? Does it mean I won't be getting my money back for putting the item up? I also had the Unpaid Item Assistant on. What does that do? I thought that was supposed to KEEP my unpaid item case from expiring and that it would close on its own. I don't get any of this. Someone please explain?
