Amazon Kindle? On Amazon Kindle it is required for UK Self publishers to get a ITIN number on a W7 form - part of the evidence for this is proof by the Publisher / Agent (In this case Amazon) that the ITIN is needed. How do I get this from Amazon - I have e-mailed them and have not heard back - Is there a standard form on the site or a way round it ?
