how do u rip a car in half in the hulk game?

i am talking about the incredible hulk game not ultimate destruction.Anyway i saw some people on youtube rip them in half and use them as gloves or gauntlets.and i thought that might be cool but i can't do it.

By the way i am playing it on the pc!
