How do u paint,write,spray paint, ect on your skateboard?

I have a chocolate board i i really hate it.

Tail
Brown.
Below the Brown: Green and white stripes.
Below the stripes, light blue
Below the Blue, Green, white and red stripes.

Middle Part:
All light Blue with the signs 'Gino Iannucci', Pasta Co., Fettuccine, Product of Italy.

Nose:
The same design as the Tail
