How do u download music from PC to mp3 player (cellphone)?

I have a Samsung Eternity phone. I just bought the USB cable that goes with it so I can download songs from the computer to my cellphone which is also a mp3 player. So, I go to dilandau.com and mp3va.com download songs and nothing happens! The only thing it did was send the songs to windows media. So I went there to try to send the songs to my phone.....still nothing. I'm so freakin frustrated! I paid money for a membership with this site and can't get the songs. What am I supposed to do?
